ACT II Complex
Recovery Program
Transitional Housing to Aid in the Prevention of Homelessness
General Information
- ACT II Complex believes that the principles and philosophies of
appropriate 12-step programs and similarly aligned self-help recovery groups
provide a model of viable support and enhancement of positive values and
therefore endorses that model of exogenous support for its client's
Continued Care.
- Staff on premises and available 24 hours a day.
- Separate male and female housing.
- Capacity for over 40 clients.
- Peer support and drug-free environment.
Fees & Amenities
ACT II Complex requests that each perspective resident makes an investment in
their own recovery effort by providing the intake fee and frist weeks rent in
the amount of $125.00 upon uptake.
Intake Fee = $35.00
Rent = $90.00 per week
- Rent
- Includes Central Air Conditioning and Heating, Water, Trash Pick-Up, Cable T.V.,
Electric, Local Phone Service, availability of washers and dryers, and a
Full Kitchen in each house.

- Transportation
- Is available to and from work and appointments within a 10-mile radius
for a fee of $3.00 each way (effective 10/01/03).

- Meals
- Dinner is prepared and served between the hours of 4:00 & 7:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday for all residents. In addition, breakfast and
lunch foods are provided for residents during the first 30 days.
Requirements
ACT II Complex is a community dedicated to recovery. Residents are
expected to accept responsibility for the following:
- All residents are required to schedule an appointment at ACT II
Counseling Center for a comprehensive substance abuse evaluation with 2
weeks of admission.
- Must be engaged in treatment as a condition of living at the Complex.
- Follow through with recommended treatment.
- A minimum 3 month commitment is required.
- The average stay being between 6 months to 1 year with three-quarter way
house option available for up to 18 months.
- Acquire a 12-step sponsor within the first 45 days.
- Verified Attendance at least three 12-step meetings per week.
- Incorporate recovery principles into daily life.
- Submit to urine drug screening.
