MVA Alcohol & Drug Education

General Information

  • DWI/DUI Education
  • MVA - 3 hour course PSC/DIP
  • MVA - 12 hour course and 26 week treatment

Fees

Program fees are on a sliding scale and are based on gross family income.  We may need proof of income.  Our minimum fee for traditional outpatient group is $40.00 and our maximum fee is $60.00.  Fees are due and payable at the time of service.  Flexible payment schedules and plans are available.

The fee for evaluation is $60.00.  We will supply your attorney with a copy for his use on your behalf.

Laboratory fees, when deemed clinically necessary, are based on the fee charged to ACT II by the testing facility.

Non-discrimination
ACT II will not discriminate for admission on the basis of age, race, religion, marital status, sex, ethnicity, handicap or sexual preference.
 
Referrals  
Referrals will be accepted from any outside agency in the surrounding counties or State of Maryland.  Regular source of a referral are Health Departments, Courts, attorneys, clergy, employers, insurance agencies, residential care programs, community service organizations, families and individuals.
